Hiring a Content and News Production Expert at Fanava Group. For this job position, you need at least 1 year of effective work experience in a similar position and a bachelor’s degree.

1- Specialized skills

  • Mastery of Persian grammar and writing rules (because the beauty of texts in Persian literature depends greatly on the writer's mastery of the rules)
  • Familiarity with English to translate English texts into Persian (because much of our workspace content production takes place in English)
  • Familiarity with the basic principles and main terms of content production and content marketing (because the goal is not to produce content for the sake of producing content!)
  • The ability to produce unique content based on persona and publishing platform (because every word has a place and every point has a place!)
  • Ability to play an active and creative role in the fields of news writing, reporting, interviews, and content coverage of events.
  • Familiar with the literature and working methods of virtual and real media

2- General skills

  • Interested in learning
  • Responsibility for tasks and follow-up until results are achieved
  • Ability to manage time in performing defined tasks
  • High accuracy and attention to detail

3- Job Description:

  • Participate in developing the content calendar, content strategy document, and other related documents
  • Producing content appropriate to the publishing platform (web, social media, internal publications and other physical and virtual visual productions) with loyalty to the content calendar
  • Publishing produced content on various platforms (websites, social media and other existing platforms)
  • Preparing reports and receiving feedback on the produced content, providing a defect removal plan and continuous improvement of the products.

4- Necessary conditions:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • End of service card or permanent exemption for men
  • At least 1 year of effective work in a similar position with visible and published portfolio
  • Mastery of Office suite software
  • Gender: It doesn't matter.

5- Working conditions

  • Working days: Saturday to Tuesday 8am to 5pm and Wednesday 8am to 4pm
